Ninety45 were engaged to complete a renovation to this 1930’s bungalow. This project included adding a master suite to the upper level, new kitchen and dining areas, opening up the living spaces to flow out seamlessly to a loggia, swimming pool and backyard.
Bespoke interior joinery was designed to allow more light to flow through the entrance and living spaces. Feature ceiling grids enhance the character and highlight the living areas of the home. Custom built drop down TV, outdoor fire and kitchen mean the covered loggia area can be used all year round whether it be a cold drink watching some cricket from the pool or snuggled up on the outdoor sofa with the fire roaring watching a movie or the All Blacks during the colder months.
Major landscaping and reconfiguration of the front entrance totally transformed the street frontage with a modern urban approach to the front door.
