Ninety45 were contracted to complete this award-winning new build in Remuera. The 250spm pavilion-style residence wraps around a large custom swimming pool to give a resort-like feel. The project included a full demolition of the old house, allowing Ninety45 to start with a blank canvas to create this modern family home. Featuring gabled roofs, two bathrooms and a covered entertaining area - this is holidaying at home.
