Ninety45 completed this renovation and landscaping project in 2022. A traditional Bungalow given a modern twist.
Along with a new double garage constructed in natural stone with no soffits and minimalistic profiles. The street entry, fencing and landscaping to the front of the property are minimalistic with a curved garden bed, a hint of what's to come.
The back of the house was given a modern facelift with a new upper deck area featuring a louvered roof and glass operable walls allowing this space to be utilised no matter what the Auckland weather.
A curved stairwell links the upper and lower exterior areas seamlessly. Beautifully constructed from Vitex - a durable hardwood that will last the test of time. The lower level was completely renovated, with an extension to create a bar and bathroom area.
This project included full landscaping, pool install and a separate covered cedar hot tub to keep the family happy throughout the seasons.
This project beautifully exemplifies what can be achieved to make your outdoor spaces comfortably useable all year around! Opened up to enjoy the breeze or closed off whilst not obstructing the view.
